Author Guidelines & Manuscript Preparation Standards
The International Journal of Polyarena EduSolutions (IJPES) serves as a premier global platform for high-impact scholarly work that transcends traditional disciplinary boundaries. We are committed to publishing innovative research that addresses complex, real-world challenges by synthesizing theories, methodologies, and empirical data from two or more distinct fields.
All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the highest standards of academic excellence and scholarly integrity. Authors are required to review and adhere strictly to the following guidelines prior to submitting their work.
1. Scope and Eligibility
Submissions must demonstrate a clear and sophisticated multidisciplinary approach. A manuscript is eligible for evaluation only if it:
Cross-Disciplinary Integration: Synthesizes methodologies, theoretical frameworks, or empirical data from at least two distinct academic disciplines.
Methodological Justification: Articulates the value of this integrated digital approach within both its introduction and conclusion.
Global Relevance: Addresses a complex problem or question of significant international importance.
Original Scholarly Contribution: Presents original research, a comprehensive synthesis of an interdisciplinary domain, or a compelling theoretical model.
Note: Manuscripts confined primarily to a single discipline—regardless of quality—will be deemed out of scope and rejected at the initial desk-review stage.
2. Manuscript Types and Length Requirements
IJPES welcomes submissions across the following categories (word counts include all body text, footnotes, and appendices, but exclude the title page, abstract, figures, tables, and reference list):
Research Articles (5,000 – 8,000 words): Original empirical research presenting new findings from an interdisciplinary lens. Submissions must include a clear hypothesis, methodology, results, and discussion.
Review Articles (7,000 – 10,000 words): Critical and comprehensive syntheses of specific interdisciplinary topics. Submissions must evaluate existing literature, identify key research gaps, and propose directions for future inquiry.
Theoretical Frameworks (4,000 – 6,000 words): Conceptual models or innovative theoretical approaches designed to facilitate cross-disciplinary investigation.
Case Studies (3,000 – 5,000 words): In-depth application of an interdisciplinary lens to analyze a specific real-world occurrence, event, or organizational system.
3. Ethical Principles and Scholarly Integrity
IJPES strictly enforces global standards of publication ethics:
Originality & Duplicate Submission: Manuscripts must represent entirely original work and cannot be published, accepted, or under active consideration elsewhere.
Plagiarism Screening: Every submission is evaluated using automated text-matching detection systems. Any evidence of plagiarism or unauthorized text duplication results in immediate rejection.
Authorship Criteria: All listed authors must have contributed substantially to the research design, data analysis, or manuscript preparation. The corresponding author bears responsibility for verifying that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final submission.
Conflicts of Interest: Authors must explicitly declare any financial, professional, or personal relationships that could be perceived as influencing the objectivity of the work.
4. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Submissions must adhere to the structural and formatting requirements below to avoid administrative delays.
A. Page Setup & Formatting
Font & Spacing: Use a standard, legible typeface (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt) with standard 1.0 or 1.15 line spacing.
Margins: Set page margins to 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
B. Title Page (Separate File for Blind Review)
To preserve strict anonymity during evaluation, submit the title page as a separate document containing:
Full manuscript title.
Complete names, institutional affiliations, and ORCID IDs for all authors.
Full contact information (email address and physical postal address) for the designated corresponding author.
C. Abstract and Keywords
Abstract: A structured summary not exceeding 250 words outlining the research question, interdisciplinary approach, core findings, and primary implications.
Keywords: 5 to 7 descriptive keywords reflecting the core topics and specific academic disciplines involved.
D. Structure & Anonymity
Organize the main body logically using standard headings (Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion).
Ensure that the main manuscript file contains no author-identifying details, self-citations that reveal identity, or institutional acknowledgments.
E. Citation Style
Adhere strictly to the Harvard Citation Style for all inline citations and the reference list.
Every inline citation must have a corresponding entry in the bibliography, and vice versa.
F. Figures and Tables
Place high-resolution figures and formatted tables directly within the body text at their relevant positions.
Number all visual elements sequentially with clear, self-explanatory titles and source captions.
The corresponding author serves as the central point of contact throughout the peer-review, editorial revision, and production phases. We look forward to receiving your original, high-impact interdisciplinary research.
